We do not have an official cancellation policy. We hope you will give us 2 weeks or more notice that you are unable to make the reservation time. If you are within that time period and do not show, the deposit you left may be in jeopardy depending on the date and time of the rental. Sometimes all the machines are out and sometimes they sit around, if we lose money because you did not show, chances are we will keep your deposit. As soon as you know you can't make it, let us know.
